Service Description
A personalised remedial massage treatment focused on reducing muscular tension, improving movement and supporting recovery. Treatment is tailored to your individual needs, with assessment and targeted techniques used to address areas of pain, tightness or restriction. The 90-minute treatment allows additional time for multiple areas or a more comprehensive treatment. Private health rebates may be available through HICAPS for eligible clients.

To cancel or reschedule contact by email or text , please try to give 12 hours notice. Please note that the next week is not a accepted reschedule but classed as a no show or missed session and you may be charged 100% fee.
